2021’S THEME - “COVID-19. WHAT WE LEARNED FROM THE PANDEMIC”
The central, but not unique, theme of the seventh Medical Science Festival, on 6 November 2021 in Bologna, concerns the Covid 19 pandemic and its concrete impact on Italian healthcare. What has happened and is happening in the course of the terrible experience highlights and accentuates the need for a decisive renewal, long desired, of the philosophy and institutional practice of public health in our country.
A RICH SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Nobel laureates, scientists, doctors and researchers from all over the world have given rise to a structured debate on the health emergency, analyzed from a medical, scientific, economic, social and political point of view.
A GROWING SUCCESS
The 2020 edition – broadcast in full online and dedicated to the theme “Lessons from Medicine. Covid-19” – has registered a huge public success: there have been over 223,000 online presences in eight days. Also this year the Festival will be fully broadcast live online.
