In 2019, once again it is time for Festival della Scienza Medica, whose protagonists are internationally renowned scientists, including Nobel Prize winners and leading experts in several research and innovation fields, with the ambitious aim of bringing closer and make accessible the medical-scientific culture and its challenges to the public.

A CALENDAR FULL OF EVENTS
More than 70 events for this 2018 edition that has proven himself as an event very rich in contents, novelties and prominent speakers. The Festival della Scienza Medica proves to be an important and long-awaited opportunity for scientific in-depth analysis and popularization, with nationally and internationally known guests as protagonists.
AN INCREASING SUCCESS
The 2018 edition of the Festival stood out for a very large number of participants. Over 55,000 people, a 10% jump in attendance from the last edition, a large number of international speakers including 5 Nobel Prize-winners, dozens of meetings and conferences in the 18 Bolognese venues. An event that arouses curiosity and interest every year.
The event has attended by May-Britt Moser, neuroscientist, Nobel Prize-winner in 2014 for her studies of the human brain; Lefkowitz, Nobel Prize-winner in Chemistry in 2012 for the discoveries on membrane receptors; Rosbash, Nobel Prize-winner in Physiology and Medicine for the discovery of molecular mechanisms controlling the circadian rhythm.
