Since the beginning of his career, heworked as a clinical and molecular research in the field of hematological malignancies, especially multiple myeloma and non-Hodgkin lymphomas. He has developed innovative laboratory methods for the molecular monitoring of minimal residual disease in multiple myeloma, lymphoma and in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. He participatesin important Italian and international studies for innovative treatment of lymphomasandmultiple myeloma.A major field of interest is the hematopoietic stem cellstransplantation. Since 1990, prof. Corradini developed autologous and allogeneictransplant; in particular, hewas one of the first inEurope to introduce the conditioning protocols with reduced intensity allogeneic transplantin patients with relapsed lymphoma. His clinical research and laboratory work is focused onaggressive T cell lymphoma, minimal residual disease monitoring in B cell tumors with liquid biopsy and evaluation of response biomarkers after CAR-T cells.Prof. Corradiniis a Hematology Professor; he has authored or coauthored more than 300publications in international peer-reviewed journals. He is Associate-Editor of HemaSphere, the official Journal of the European Hematology Association (EHA). He is an activemember of the largest international societiesin hematology and transplantation.
